Pain points
Pain points 1: Strongly corrosive gases (such as acid and alkali mist) can easily corrode the filter bag material, causing premature damage to the filter bag; some working conditions contain high-viscosity dust, which is very easy to become compacted and clogged, making cleaning ineffective.
The filter bag is made of highly corrosion-resistant PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material, which can withstand most acids and alkalis. It is equipped with a dual cleaning system of "pulse jet + ultrasonic cleaning" to achieve deep cleaning of high-viscosity dust and reduce compaction.
Pain points
Pain points 2: High temperatures (kiln inlet and outlet temperatures can reach 200-300°C) can easily soften and deform conventional filter bags. Dust containing a large number of hard particles (such as cement clinker) can quickly wear the filter bag surface, shortening its lifespan.
High-temperature-resistant Nomex filter bags are used, capable of withstanding temperatures exceeding 200°C without deformation. A wear-resistant coating is applied to the filter bag surface to enhance resistance to particle wear, extending its service life by over 30%.
Pain points
Pain point 3: Dust (such as flour and starch) is flammable and explosive, and friction in the filter bag can easily generate static electricity, leading to safety accidents. At the same time, it must meet food-grade hygiene requirements, and the filter bag must not have fibers that fall off and contaminate the product.
Food-grade polyester filter bags with conductive fibers are used to conduct static electricity in real time and eliminate explosion hazards. The filter bags are heat-set and surface-smoothed before leaving the factory to prevent fiber shedding and meet food hygiene standards.
